Bernard grew up in Malta right by the sea. His true love for the sea combined with his expertise in the hospitality, domestic audio/visual and lighting automation sectors, place him in a unique position in the yachting industry, being able to provide consulting services and design automation systems.

Bernard holds a degree in Information Technology and Business Management that combined with his 15 years of experience in project management are an invaluable asset to Blue Path when it comes to being involved in refits and new builds.

Matthew Sainz grew up in Spain and furthered his studies in naval architecture in the UK.  Having spent his summers in Ibiza, it was here that he developed his passion for sailing.

Over the years he has been involved, as technical surveyor, with several renowned shipyards, gaining a wealth of expertise within the naval industry, through his involvement in project management of super yacht builds, surveying and brokerage services.  Matthew joined Blue Path in 2020 as Director of Sales and Technical Director.

Anna Marie Pace grew up in Malta and when the opportunity arose to combine her love for the sea and a post that would bring her in daily contact with the yachting world, she immediately took it up and brought to Blue Path her dynamism, excellent organizational and communication skills to run the daily operations of the company as Office Manager and Sales Assistant.   

Ramon Pace holds a degree in Accounting and he is the company’s Finance Director.  Ramon’s career commenced in audit and he then transitioned to finance, where he gained experience in several industries. 

In 2016 he decided to dedicate more time to his passion, sailing, and he was of the founders of the company. Ramon has devoted his time and expertise not only in the field of finance, but also in providing support to the company’s clients in the fields of yacht registration and finance leasing.
