Heesen Unveils the Monte Carlo: A New Benchmark in Luxury Yachting

Heesen Yachts has introduced the Monte Carlo, a 62-meter masterpiece that redefines the pinnacle of luxury yachting. This stunning vessel, showcased at the Monaco Yacht Show 2024, is the latest addition to Heesen's renowned Steel Fast Displacement Hull Form series.
Designed by Harrison Eidsgaard with naval architecture by Van Oossanen Naval Architects, the Monte Carlo is a testament to modern elegance and innovation. Its expansive glass windows seamlessly blend the interior with the surrounding ocean, creating an unparalleled sense of connection.
The yacht's interior layout is thoughtfully designed to cater to the discerning tastes of contemporary owners. With a generous beam of 11.5 meters, the Monte Carlo offers spacious, open-plan living areas that invite relaxation and social gatherings.
The Monte Carlo boasts a four-deck configuration, including a dedicated owner's suite on the upper deck. The guest accommodations are distributed across the main and lower decks, featuring a luxurious mix of VIP staterooms and comfortable double cabins to accommodate up to 14 guests.

The owner's suite, a true sanctuary, is characterized by its forward-facing bed, spacious wardrobes, private office, and a Jacuzzi on the foredeck. This thoughtfully designed space offers unparalleled privacy and a sense of elevated luxury.

The Monte Carlo is equipped with a large 23-square-meter swimming pool, featuring glass sides that create the illusion of swimming in the open sea. The aft deck's fold-down wings provide an intimate connection to the water, and the adjacent wellness centre offers a state-of-the-art gym, sauna, juice bar, and hammam.

Other notable features include a beach lounge on the main deck, a firepit observation lounge, an outdoor kitchen and a semi-open sky lounge seating area with a hidden pop-up TV. The multi-level rooftop terrace provides breathtaking views and a serene ambiance, perfect for relaxation and socialising.

The yacht's beach club is ideal for launching water toys and its impressive storage capacity ensures that the Monte Carlo can be equipped with the latest water sports gear, including e-foils, wave runners and diving equipment. Additionally, the yacht has storage for two tenders, facilitating easy excursions to shore.

Heesen's BlueNautich strategy has been incorporated into the Monte Carlo's design, enabling serial hybrid propulsion and future-proofing the yacht for alternative fuel sources like methanol and hydrogen. Powered by twin 1,500 kilowatt MTU engines, the Monte Carlo offers a cruising range of 16 knots and 4,500 nautical miles.

The Monte Carlo is a testament to Heesen's commitment to excellence and innovation. With its luxurious amenities, cutting-edge technology and sustainable design, this exceptional yacht sets a new standard for luxury yachting.
