B.Neos: Benetti’s take on a 40m hybrid yacht

The 40-metre B.Neos was developed with hybrid technology as a core feature, reflecting a growing focus on efficiency and long-term use in this size range. The model was presented at the Cannes Yachting Festival in 2025.

Designed with an exterior by Malcolm McKeon Yacht Design and interiors by FM Architettura, led by Francesca Muzio, B.Neos features a low-profile silhouette influenced by sailing yachts, combined with the comfort expected of a modern motor yacht.

Interior volume totals 296 GT and is arranged to support informal, practical living rather than traditional, formal layouts. On the aft main deck, the pool area connects directly to a full-height sea atrium enclosed by large glass surfaces, creating a flexible social space close to the water.

At the heart of the interior is a shared kitchen designed for daily use, with the option to separate it from the working galley.

The deck configuration prioritises owner privacy. With the wheelhouse positioned forward, the upper deck is reserved exclusively for the owner. The suite occupies the forward section and is complemented by an observation deck and sunpad above.

B.Neos is powered by twin MAN V8-800 engines paired with a hybrid system. This setup allows electric and hotel mode operation and reduces energy use by up to 30 percent.
