Damen Yachting has marked another milestone with the launch of the fifth hull in the Amels 80 series at its Galati shipyard in Romania. She will now move to Vlissingen in the Netherlands, where outfitting will continue.

Part of the Amels Limited Editions range, the 79.8-metre yacht carries exterior lines by Espen Øino International, while the interiors have been developed by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design. Damen Yachting is responsible for the naval architecture.

Accommodation is provided for up to 14 guests across seven cabins, supported by quarters for a crew of 20, all within an internal volume of 2,175 GT.

Outdoor living is a defining feature, highlighted by an exceptionally large sundeck, a dedicated owner’s deck, an open beach club with sea-level access, and a 6.5-metre swimming pool.

She is equipped with a hybrid propulsion system, paired with an optimised hull form to improve efficiency, reduce fuel consumption and support lower operating costs over time.

Delivery is scheduled for 2027.
