MYBA Charter Show 2024: Your Guide
The 2024 Mediterranean yachting season is approaching and the MYBA Charter Show is set to return to its original home in Genoa, Italy. This year's event takes place from April 22nd to 25th at Marina Molo Vecchio.
2024 is a special year for MYBA, the worldwide yachting association, as they celebrate their 40th anniversary. The MYBA Charter Show, which launched in 1990 and has been managed by MYBA since 2001, is now in its 34th edition. This exclusive event is a premier platform for leading charter professionals to explore the most desirable yachts available for charter. It's also a crucial opportunity for industry players to connect and strategize for the upcoming season.
The 2024 show promises an exciting new layout designed to maximize exposure for exhibitors and create a seamless experience for visitors. Redesigned walkways will guide attendees through the various offerings, ensuring they don't miss a beat. Divided into eight sections, the show will showcase a wide range of services catering to all aspects of the charter industry.
This year's show offers dedicated spaces for relaxation and networking. There's a bar for unwinding between yacht viewings, a crew lounge with a bar and meeting area and a hospitality lounge. Additionally, seminar rooms provide ample space for industry professionals to connect and collaborate.
The MYBA Charter Show offers a series of exclusive events to foster connections within the yacht charter community. The festivities kick off with a Captain's Dinner on April 21st, followed by a Show Opening Cocktail on April 23rd. There's also an Exhibitors' Party designed to facilitate closer connections among participants.
Superyacht Chefs' Competition
A highlight of the show is the highly anticipated Superyacht Chefs' Competition. This year, chefs will showcase their culinary skills with an "Italian Fusion Dinner Party" theme, a nod to the show's return to Italy. Chefs will create a three-course meal, fusing Italian cuisine with the flavors of another country.
