57m Codecasa Superyacht Legacy 4 Launched
Italian shipyard Codecasa has unveiled its latest 56.8-metre superyacht, christened Legacy 4. The first unit of the Codecasa 57 series, known as hull F81 during construction, was launched at a private ceremony at the Codecasa Ugo Shipyards in Viareggio.
Construction began in December 2023, and while details have been closely guarded, it is confirmed that Legacy 4 features a steel hull and aluminium superstructure built to Lloyd’s Register classification standards.
The yacht’s design is the result of a collaboration with acclaimed Italian designer Tommaso Spadolini, who has crafted both the exterior and interior to achieve a refined balance between privacy and social living. Accommodation includes a full-beam owner’s suite, five guest cabins, a captain’s cabin, and six twin crew cabins, all connected by a dedicated elevator.
Powered by twin 2,375hp Caterpillar engines, Legacy 4 can reach a top speed of 17 knots at light displacement and offers a range of 5,000 nautical miles at 12 knots. Further specifications remain under wraps, building anticipation for this latest addition to Codecasa’s distinguished fleet.
